When was the last time you opened your mailbox? Are you good at organizing?

In this article, we will learn how to delete all Naver mails and how to process unread mails as read. 윤과장의 소소한 일상 이야기

1. Delete all mail – PC version

If you frequently clean and maintain your mailbox, this article is likely meaningless.

But if you, like me, like to pack it up and clean it up in one go, you’ll find it useful.

If you look closely at the initial screen of the green window, you will see Mail on the right first.

They are sorted by most recent, and the subject, arrival time, and sender are displayed.

If you’ve decided to clean it up this time, please follow it step by step and organize it.

After entering Mail, look for the square at the top.

When checked, all items on the displayed page are checked at once.

Conversely, if you click one more time, it will be unchecked.

And there is an arrow to the right of the square.

It’s easy to overlook because it’s not very visible, but the menu is hidden here.

The status of each is indicated as well as the overall selection.

Check read mail only or vice versa. Or you can check only important emails separately.

That is, you can filter here.

If you check ‘Unread’, you can pick out only the unread items.

After checking all of them in this way, you can delete them one by one.

However, if there are too many things to delete, you can use the ‘Organize’ button to the right of [All Mail].

2. Deleting All Mail – Mobile

Let’s see how to organize on Android and iOS.

Access from the dedicated app, Chrome or Safari.

The method or procedure is the same. It’s just a matter of which program you use.

I will use Naver App.

After launching the app, select the ‘three horizontal lines’ icon on the top left.

Then you can access your email.

You can see that there are quite a few mails piled up.

It seems that it is really difficult to manage and organize something consistently.

If you look at the top right of your inbox, you’ll see another horizontal line button.

When selected, each mailbox is displayed.

Just like on PC, select ‘Organize’ on the right side of [All Mail].

Here you can clean in one room without annoying repetitive work.

Now it’s time to filter.

Unread doesn’t mean it’s not important, right?

Still, in case you don’t know, check to see if there’s anything you shouldn’t delete.

What if I have to look at it again later, but have deleted it?

That too is disappointing.

You can process it as ‘read’ or delete it.

It felt more intuitive and easier than PC.

The number of items that can be sorted at once is 3,000.

It’s convenient because you don’t have to do repetitive tasks while turning page by page.

You can organize it like this
