I came over to Disney Plus because I didn’t really see anything on Netflix these days. I heard rumors that there were so many fun things to do, so I paid for a month’s worth to watch it with my family, but what is this? There were a lot of bugs, from PC-based login to non-playback errors. Now, everything has been resolved, but I was really angry at the time, so I would like to share some information for those people.
When you can’t log in
Here’s a solution if you can’t log in to Disney+. At first, after registering as a member and completing the payment, I entered my ID and password, but an error message popped up saying that I couldn’t find the ID with my email registered as above. I was quite embarrassed because I had already received streaming renewal information through the signup email, so there was no way I couldn’t sign up. 디즈니플러스 pc 재생 안됨
So I searched for a bug, so I searched for several ways, but I didn’t press autocomplete and typed my email directly to log in normally. When using Chrome or Whale browsers, IDs and passwords are often automatically saved. Instead, try entering them yourself.
How to fix Disney Plus PC won’t play error 윤과장의 소소한 일상 이야기
The second Disney Plus error is the no-play phenomenon. If you log in normally, select a drama worth watching, and press the play button, it just stops at the logo screen as shown above. If it was mobile, it could have been a communication problem, but I thought that the probability of a technical error was slim since I had not changed my PC for less than three weeks and I was using the best Internet.
So, the first thing you can do is clear the cache memory. If you use your computer for a long time, a little bit of information residue from the browser may remain in the memory, which is a temporary storage device. However, it is not a solution for those who have recently changed computers like me or who have used more than 32GB of memory.
I was really stumped, but it was so frustrating that I logged in to Disney+ and clicked on this and that, then unintentionally clicked episode 2 of the drama I wanted to watch, and I tried to play it normally, so I pressed episode 1 again, and this buffering disappeared.
However, this is not a one-time error, but no matter which drama you choose, strangely, only one episode takes buffering. Therefore, if you are experiencing the phenomenon of not playing on your PC, try clearing your browser cache first, and if that doesn’t work, please click episode 2 first to see the intro and then play episode 1.
Mobile or tablet Disney+ not playing buffering
And even in the case of Disney Plus Mobile, it seems that buffering or non-playing occurs intermittently, but surprisingly, the solution is clear. First of all, if buffering takes place, it is likely to be a communication problem. If data users try to connect via Wi-Fi and there is no lag, it is likely to be a communication problem.
If the same buffering occurs even though you are connected to Wi-Fi, you can initialize the cache and data as in the case of a PC. If you press and hold the app, the letter i appears at the top as shown above, and if you press it, you will be moved to the settings window.
If you press Storage here and then delete the cache and data, you can prevent buffering or freezing errors to some extent. So far, I’ve looked at how to solve Disney Plus can’t play. First of all, I’m not an expert, but I’m writing down my experience from the same user’s point of view (?).
