How to become a member of Government24
First, I will go to the government 24 site on Naver by clicking the link at the top of the search results. Then the government 24 site appears as shown on the right. The sign-up menu is located at the top of the site. Click the sign-up menu.
The screen will change and the step 1 selection screen like the one above will appear. Select Individual Nationals and click the gray button. Then, you will see a screen to verify your real name by entering your name and resident registration number. After real-name authentication, proceed to step 2.
Step 2 is to agree to the terms and conditions. Scroll down the screen and you will see a Full Consent checkbox in the bottom left corner. If you check this, it is set to I agree to each of the terms and conditions. Then finally press the OK button.
