First of all, in order to cancel KakaoTalk Talk Drawer Plus, you must first check whether you are using this service. In the case of the person who inquired by phone, the conclusion was that they did not have to cancel because they were not subscribed to the service.
To check your subscription, open KakaoTalk and click the More menu button at the bottom right, and then click the [Wallet] button at the top.
If you look at the [Talk Drawer Plus] section below that says you are subscribed, you can see that I am using it!
When you touch it, the usage period and future payment date will be displayed for more detailed information.
It says that canceling Kakao Talk Drawer is possible at my.kakao.com.
Open a web browser, go to the site, and log in. Then, in My Subscription, touch the currently subscribed product, Talk Drawer Plus 100GB.
Information such as the subscription start date and period will be displayed, and click the “Cancel” text.
When the benefits screen for cancellation protection appears once again, click the [Cancel] button to complete it. Please also note that any stored data will be completely deleted after 30 days.
How to do it on PC
Even in the PC version of KakaoTalk, you can easily cancel Talk Drawer Plus for KakaoTalk emoticon rewards.
In the PC version, click the More menu and select the [My Subscription] button.
When your subscription information is displayed, information about the product you are currently using is displayed in the same way as on mobile. Select the relevant phrase.
Information such as the start date and payment amount for the period of use required for regular payment will also be displayed, and click [Cancel].
For reference, in my case, I can use one more month until the next month with the reward and free first month, so the next payment is displayed as 0 won.
As with mobile, information about benefits before termination appears, and if you really want to stop subscribing to KakaoTalk Talk Drawer Plus, just click the “Cancel” button.
