After accessing Hancom Docs, sign up and log in. If you previously had a Hancom Space (Malang-Malang Platform) account, you can log in directly with that account. Although it is not in the picture, it basically supports Google / Apple / Naver / Kakao logins, and it is also possible to log in with Facebook, Dropbox, and Classting accounts.

As in the case of Hancom Space, if you run Haeah Hangul for the web, it is created with the hwpx extension by default. In addition to this, you can create documents for the web, Hancell/Hanshow/Hanword/Hanform. The default extensions for Hancell and Hanshow for the web are xlsx and pptx, and for Hanword, the default extension is docx. In this case, you need to open the packaged Hancom Office, connect Hancom Docs, and then open the document by importing it.
It supports chatting and real-time joint editing between web Hancom Office users.
PDF conversion is possible from the Hancom Docs file menu.
If you open a document with Hancom Office for the web, you can edit the document. The current skin follows the icon of the 2022 version, the most recent version, but uses a simplified ribbon menu rather than the actual program. In particular, with the change to Hancom Docs, a ‘chat’ function was added, which can be seen as a function similar to the co-editing function of Google Docs. However, simultaneous editing between desktop Hancom Office and web Hancom Office is not possible. ‘Hanform’ added in this Hancom Docs is used to create a survey document and is similar to Google Docs’ Forms and Naver Forms. Update existing package Hancom Office and Mobile Hancom Office
