1. Visit the nearest tax office for issuance
– Please bring your ID and business registration card before visiting.
– If a representative is going, please prepare the representative’s ID and business registration certificate (in the case of a corporation, a corporate seal certificate).
– All you have to do is fill out the ‘Security Card Application for Tax Invoice Issuance’, draw a numbered ticket, and ask a public official to ask if you want to receive a security card.

2. Issuance
– After submitting the application form, it is issued immediately and can be used from the next day. (Not available on the day)
3. Using Hometax
– If you are using a security card, log in using your ID and password.
– If you have not registered as a member, you must register as a business operator.
– Select the electronic tax invoice security card, enter the business registration number, and click ‘Authenticate’.
– Enter the number on the back of the security card.
– Agree to all terms and conditions along with the text that authentication is complete and click ‘Next’.
– Enter information such as ID and password to complete membership registration.
* Even if you issue a tax invoice with a security card, accredited authentication or simple authentication is mandatory.
