What to do in case of loss
According to the regulations, you must return it within 60 days from the date of delivery. It says that if the delivery driver doesn’t take it and keeps it at home, but if the deadline has passed or if it is lost, you will have to pay a deposit of 8,000 won per piece!
But I definitely put it in front of the front door when Coupang delivery arrives, but it won’t be collected and it would be unfair to say that someone else took it, right?
So, if it does not disappear in time (?), the first thing to do is to contact the customer center immediately and request a quick processing. After that, I think it’s right for Coupang to take responsibility for any problems that arise because it can’t be dealt with!
